Boneset Herb (Eupatorium perfoliatum)

Native to eastern North America, boneset is a perennial herb in the daisy family traditionally used by Indigenous peoples and later American herbalists. Recognized by its clusters of small white flowers, the dried aerial parts have a naturally bitter, astringent flavor and are commonly prepared as a tea or tincture.
