Breathe Light is a thoughtfully crafted blend of goldenrod (Solidago spp.), ground ivy (Glechoma hederacea), plantain (Plantago spp.), and nettle (Urtica dioica). Traditionally used to support healthy respiratory function, this formula promotes sinus and lung wellness while supporting the body's natural response to seasonal environmental challenges.

Ingredients
Organic cane alcohol, filtered water, fresh goldenrod flowering tops (Solidago spp.), fresh ground ivy aerial parts (Glechoma hederacea), fresh plantain leaves (Plantago spp.), and fresh nettle leaf and stem (Urtica dioica).

Extraction Ratio
Proprietary blend of individually extracted fresh herbs (1:2), combined in equal parts (1:1:1:1).

Suggested Use
Shake well before use. Take 50–75 drops (approximately 2–3 mL) one to three times daily, or as directed by your qualified healthcare practitioner. May be taken directly or added to water, tea, or juice.
