Gotu Kola Leaf (Centella asiatica)

Native to the wetlands of Asia, gotu kola is a low-growing perennial treasured for thousands of years in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurveda. Known as ji xue cao in TCM, it has traditionally been used to support healthy cognitive function, memory, focus, and overall vitality, while Ayurveda regards it as a tridoshic herb that helps balance vata, pitta, and kapha. Beyond its herbal uses, gotu kola is also enjoyed as a nutritious leafy vegetable throughout Asia.
